2114 Bloor Street West
The developer, North Drive Investments Inc, proposes a 10-storey mixed-use building comprised of 110 residential dwelling units and 359 square metres of at-grade commercial floor area at 2114 Bloor Street West. Ultimately an 8-storey mixed-use building was approved.
The Bloor West Village Residents Association is leading the community response to this development.
Current status: awaiting OMB final order. The developers and the city are finishing a small land purchase adjacent to the property. The OMB hearing concluded to the satisfaction of all parties.
